The Ground Operations Lead will be filled by a highly motivated individual with a strong background in aircraft maintenance, production, and test. The Ground Operations Lead will be accountable for all facets of aircraft readiness for the test program. This role requires a passion for aircraft maintenance and a commitment to building a team focused on solving complex challenges and advancing industry standards. The Ground Operations Lead will be responsible for aircraft maintenance program, maintenance coordination, production team coordination, materials, and logistics.
The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril operates across a wide spectrum of products and business lines, encompassing all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts full system-level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing, and much more. What You’ll Do
  • Lead a team of technicians, production planners, logisticians, quality, technical writers and engineers.
  • Manage the aircraft maintenance program, including regular maintenance, unplanned repairs, and modifications.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to optimize and streamline operations.
  • Report to program and government leadership on aircraft readiness, including schedule and quality of work.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively, setting clear goals and delegating tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, production, and/or development.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
US Salary Range
$129,000$171,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
