Essential Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with GridBeats™ APS Product Manager and leadership.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value and organizational goals.
- Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly articulated, prioritized, and actionable.
- Balance technical debt, feature development, and innovation.
- Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and manage expectations.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder review sessions for alignment and transparency.
- Work closely with development, UX/UI, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Empowered to make decisions on product scope, priorities, and release schedules within agreed business parameters.
- Integrate user feedback and market research into product planning.
- Monitor product performance using defined KPIs and adapt roadmap accordingly.
- Oversee release planning and manage go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Champion a culture of iterative improvement, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Science
- Experience with P&C and digital substation products

- Ability to for quarterly travel (internationally) is required to visit remote teams and maintain team coherence.

- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and self-directed
- Detailed knowledge of either GE Grid Automation P&C products or equivalent competition P&C products
- Demonstrated record in understanding or developing applications for the P&C market
- Familiarity with industry standards and documentation procedures of electrical utilities
- Proven record of writing and presenting papers at industry conferences/journals
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Experience with protection and control and substations automation products.
- Strong knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 61508, DNP, Modbus, IEC 104 and Cyber security standards and functionalities.
- Experience with mathematical modelling software is a very strong asset and is preferred.
