In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.


CTEC is seeking a Graphics Designer to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Job Description: Creates visual design elements for Social Security Administration learning materials including infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and user interface designs. Develops consistent visual branding across training platforms while ensuring all graphics meet federal accessibility standards and enhance comprehension of complex benefits information.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field with 5+ years of federal design experience.
  • Produces multimedia content for training programs including videos, animations, and interactive media and creates visual design elements for learning materials including infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and user interface designs.
  • Collaborates with the Senior Instructional Designer and SMEs to create engaging visual and audio content that enhances learning effectiveness while meeting federal accessibility and branding requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and federal-approved design software.
  • Experience creating graphics that comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal branding standards.
  • Knowledge of government design guidelines, accessibility color contrast requirements, and federal approval processes.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with government training materials, infographics, and instructional graphics.

Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
