We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to help us build a clean, credible, conversion-friendly brand presence across marketing and sales. You’ll turn ideas into sharp visuals that look professional, consistent, and “enterprise-ready” (not template-y).
What You’ll DoDesign marketing assets across channels: social media creatives, ads, banners, lead magnets, one-pagers, and event/webinar visuals.
Create and update sales enablement materials: pitch decks, proposal layouts, case study PDFs, service brochures.
Support website and landing page design (layouts, section visuals, icons, simple UI blocks).
Build and maintain a lightweight brand system: templates, typography, layout rules, consistent visual language.
Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate messaging into strong visual hierarchy and clarity.
2+ years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency).
Strong portfolio showing marketing design (especially B2B is a plus).
Excellent taste for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to design for performance: clarity, readability, conversion—not just “pretty.”
Proficiency in Figma + Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality; comfortable with feedback and iterations.
Experience designing presentations/pitch decks at a high standard.
Familiarity with basic web/UI design principles.
Experience in healthcare/health tech/RCM/medical billing environments (a plus, not required).
Motion basics (simple animations in Figma/After Effects/Canva) is a bonus.
Full-time role with steady workload and long-term ownership.
Clear briefs, priorities, and direct collaboration with stakeholders.
Access to content strategy and performance insights to improve design outcomes.
