We are expanding our team due to a number of exciting developments planned for the near future. This is a role for somebody with strong knowledge of the Figma as well as web design skills (HTML/CSS/UI).

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual content across multiple platforms (web, print, digital, social media, presentations, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, UX/UI, and developers
  • Contribute to concept development, visual storytelling
  • Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are meet
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines 


Requirements 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D software is a plus
  • Solid understanding and following of design principles, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Familiarity with branding, marketing design, and digital advertising formats
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a user-centered mindset.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with 3D graphics, AI-generated content
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS principles (for web collaboration)
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus (fintech)
  • English language knowledge, both written and verbal



Interview steps

  2. Technical Interview (1 hour)
  3. Test task
  4. Final Interview with managers (1 hour)
