📝 About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing design team. In this role, you’ll bring our marketing campaigns to life across both digital and print channels. From white papers and sales collateral to landing pages and email campaign graphics, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects that support our go-to-market and post-sales needs. You’ll report to our Marketing Design Manager and work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and other marketing team members.

A successful candidate will play a critical role in increasing marketing design’s productivity and impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Design both printed and digital assets such as white papers, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, social media posts, ads, sales and post sales collateral, industry event collateral, swag, and more.

  • Collaborate closely with our design team to execute on concepts provided by the Marketing Design Manager and Senior Graphic Designer.

  • Partner with the marketing team on larger cross-functional projects to ensure all goals and deadlines are being met.

  • Implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently and accurately.

  • Own certain design requests such as business card creation, custom flyer production, landing page creation, revisions to existing collateral, and other production design requests.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Second Nature’s visual identity through team collaboration and documentation.

  • Maintain file organization and naming conventions.

    • Presents work clearly and can explain design decisions

    • Able to receive and implement constructive feedback

    • Keeps stakeholders informed of project progress and raises potential issues early

    • Asks clarifying questions before work is started

    • Comfortable bringing new ideas to the table

  • Project Management and Organization

    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while giving regular status updates and meeting deadlines

    • Knows when to deliver an MVP that meets quality standards while respecting tight deadlines

🤩 Who You Are
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house design experience a plus)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design expertise

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy

  • Excellent attention to detail and file management practices

  • Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present your work and reasoning

  • Comfortable working on occasional tight deadlines

🛍️ Nice to Have
  • Proficient in Figma

  • Experience using Notion for project management

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS

  • Web design experience

  • Ability to create custom illustrations
