Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you aren’t just making things look good—you are building the visual pulse of the social media landscape. You are a platform-native storyteller who understands the bespoke design principles necessary to break through on feeds. Your craft lives at the intersection of culture, strategy, and thumb-stopping creativity. You don’t just follow trends; you anticipate them. You thrive in the fast-moving current of social media, transforming high-level strategic ideas into high-impact visual assets that command attention.You will be the engine behind the viral-ready campaigns, sleek brand identities, and social-naive experiences that resonate with the audiences of world-class brands. 

*Submission of a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles and projects is required with application.*

Responsibilities:
  • Platform-First Creation: Lead the design of scroll-stopping assets and designs, tailored specifically for the nuances of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn). 
  • Concept & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the creatives and strategists to turn a brief into a masterpiece— from high-energy social graphics and motion pieces to dynamic presentations and sleek landing pages. 
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Creative teams to interpret client goals, present your vision with confidence, and execute with precision.
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as the guardian of brand identity, and ensure that every asset is polished, consistent, and on-brand—no matter the turnaround time. 
  • Trend & Cultural Intelligence: Stay ahead of emerging design styles, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform visual storytelling that is at the forefront of social conversation. 
  • Motion & AI: Bring static designs to life through motion graphics and social-first video editing.
  • AI-Enablement: Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to streamline workflows, push creative boundaries and drive visual innovation. 
  • Agile Project Management: Navigate a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment with ease, balancing multiple projects without ever sacrificing quality or detail.
Position Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of professional design experience, specifically within a social-first agency or a brand that lives on the feed.
  • A strong portfolio of work that illustrates how you handle typography, layout, and motion in a way that feels native to the modern social media landscape.
  • Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and proven experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Deep, practical understanding of social media specs, community behaviors, and what winning assets and designs look like on every major platform.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate rationale behind your design decisions and collaborate effectively in a high-energy team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant knowledge of current and emerging AI tools and technologies.
