Position Overview
The Remote Graphic Designer will create a variety of design materials, including marketing assets, digital content, and presentations, to enhance Oates Energy’s visual presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop marketing materials, infographics, social media graphics, and internal presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to deliver design solutions that meet project needs.
- Creativity & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to various design challenges.
- File Management: Organize and manage design files, assets, and resources.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of design principles.
- Experience with branding, web design, and digital marketing materials.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $30+ per hour (depending on experience).
