ABOUT THE ROLE
Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the beauty or fashion industry to join our growing creative team. Reporting to the Associate Art Director, Brand, this role will design a wide range of 360 assets across digital, print, and experiential channels.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a refined aesthetic, an eye for detail, and the ability to bring the Patrick Ta Beauty vision to life across all brand touchpoints. You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborate seamlessly, and have a strong understanding of how visual storytelling supports marketing campaigns and brand goals.
This is a full-time, in-house position based in our West Hollywood office.

Patrick Ta Beauty was founded in 2019 by celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta alongside his business partners Rima Minasyan and Avo Minasyan. The brand is rooted in Patrick’s decades of artistry and his signature red-carpet glow.  The brand launched with a mission to make red carpet artistry accessible to all – creating luxurious, easy-to-use formulas designed for both professionals and everyday beauty lovers. The brand is built on intentional innovation, focusing on products that elevate and simplify makeup application.
Patrick Ta Beauty is best known for its award-winning duo blushes and its glow-enhancing formulas, which emphasize the power of layering and multi-dimensional color. Since launch, the brand has achieved top-tier rankings at Sephora, with a cult following among makeup artists, celebrities, and everyday beauty enthusiasts alike. Patrick Ta Beauty is shaping the future of modern luxury beauty, pushing boundaries with pro-inspired innovation that meets consumer-friendly functionality.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Graphic Designer supports the Associate Art Director in developing elevated, on-brand visuals and digital experiences. You’ll play a key executional role across a range of creative outputs, ensuring brand consistency and innovation across all assets.
  • Designing assets across digital (web, email, paid media, mobile, social, e-commerce), print (packaging, influencer inserts, OOH), and experiential (live activations, in-store displays).
  • Executing and refining social content strategies, including creating Instagram story assets and motion graphics.
  • Applying a strong eye for color and supporting product shade retouching or recoloring when needed.
  • Assisting in cataloging and organizing creative projects and files.
  • Reviewing all typography, layout, and imagery to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Adapting creative approaches to meet market-specific or channel-specific needs.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, social, product development) to deliver on creative briefs with excellence and precision.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital trends.
  • Skilled in designing for digital platforms (landing pages, banner ads, email, social, paid media) and print (packaging, inserts, OOH).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of brand aesthetics and ability to execute within established brand guidelines.
