Your ResponsibilitiesDesign branded illustrations, infographics, and visual assets that clearly and engagingly communicate complex concepts.
Produce clean infographics and data visualizations for the web3/fintech space.
Support content and marketing teams with polished slide decks, social media visuals, and campaign assets.
Create and maintain a scalable visual identity system, including icons and asset libraries.
Explore generative art as a creative channel for branded campaigns (bonus).
Develop workflows or templates to automate social media visuals for faster delivery.
Collaborate with product, BD, and marketing teams to align visuals with strategic narratives.

Ability to deliver assets quickly while maintaining high design standards.
Curious about web3/crypto ecosystems and how to visualize their unique narratives.
Collaborative mindset, working closely with design, marketing, and product teams.

Desired Skills and Experience3+ years of experience as a graphic/visual designer, preferably in fintech, tech, or web3 industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, infographics, and branding work.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
Strong eye for composition, typography, use of color, and storytelling through visuals.
Ability to translate complex data or abstract ideas into intuitive graphics.
Experience working on slide decks and marketing collateral.

Nice to haveSketching, drawing, and painting skills.
Familiarity with generative art tools (Processing, p5.js, TouchDesigner, MidJourney, etc.).
There is interest in automating asset generation workflows to improve efficiency.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with 3D tools (Spline, Blender, etc.).
