The Graphic Designer position at The Merch Collective is responsible for producing original and inventive graphics and aiding the Art Department in developing merchandise lines for clients. This candidate is a creative problem-solver, team player, and music merch enthusiast.  

What you'll do:
  • Design graphics for apparel, accessories, and custom goods.
  • Handle mockup creation for designs on soft goods and accessories.
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in the music merchandising industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Studio Arts preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful and innovative merchandise designs.
  • Firm understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design styles.
  • Knowledge of current trends, culture, and design in fashion and music.
  • Understanding of unique dye treatments, fabrication knowledge, and print techniques.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). Illustration skills a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
