Role Overview:
As a YouTube Thumbnail Editor, you'll play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our press clients' videos through compelling thumbnails that drive viewer engagement and enhance our digital presence. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to various high-profile projects, supporting the growth and influence of our clients' personal brands on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that reflect the thematic content of each video and attract clicks.
  • Work collaboratively with video editors and content creators to ensure a cohesive visual style that aligns with client branding.
  • Manage a high volume of thumbnail creation for a diverse clientele, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of creating engaging YouTube thumbnails, as evidenced by a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of what drives engagement on YouTube.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay structure: $3 per short-form thumbnail and $10 per long-form YouTube thumbnail.
