We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Investment Sales team in Irvine, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide design support to multifamily commercial real estate brokers, encompassing creative, marketing, administrative, project management, and operational tasks. You'll be part of a fun and dynamic environment, collaborating with brokers, analysts, designers, and others to bring innovative ideas to life.

You should excel in communication and be adept at building cross-departmental relationships. As a strategic partner, you will leverage your design skills to create compelling Berkadia-branded marketing materials that drive team success. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to contribute at all levels to a collaborative and creative team. 

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

  • Design and update deal marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, one-sheeters, presentations, marketing reports, etc. 
  • Design graphics and infographics including charts, graphs, numerical data, maps, etc.
  • Coordinate gathering of information from advisors and other departments for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents.
  • Present creative work to team and business partners, collect feedback and make updates.
  • Uphold Berkadia’s brand standards and create innovative designs within those standards.  
  • Assist in the coordination of listing documents and following up on required items when necessary.
  • Provide the highest level of quality and accuracy by thoroughly reviewing all materials. 
  • Assist and participate in planning and set-up for functions and events, as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry design tools and trends. 
  • Help maintain database (CRM) of potential buyers, sellers and property listings and escrows for assigned advisors.
  • General tasks such as scheduling meetings, occasionally greeting clients, conference room set up, expense report submission, and travel arrangements, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced skills in design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator 
  • Skilled in photo editing and digital design capabilities.
  • Design portfolio that showcases craftsmanship in layout, typography, and branding.
  • Experience in marketing and design in a range of formats.
  • Strong work ethic with an uncanny ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Effective collaborator with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent business computer skills using Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a team.
  • Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, & willing to learn with a positive attitude & a drive for personal growth & development.
  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities. 
  • Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • One to three years prior experience in a similar position.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation
$70,000$80,000 USD
