Job Summary

As a graphic designer at CleverTask you’ll be creating a wide range of assets for companies spanning multiple industries and sizes. Your day will never be monotonous! You’ll be designing digital ads, websites, logos, brands, decks, infographics, brochures, packaging, and more! There’s always a new challenge and a new brand to work with at CleverTask so being able to work with multiple brands at the same time is a must. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and our founders building out creative strategy, systems, and design processes to deliver quality work you can be proud of, fast. 

You Should Apply If

• You have a minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
• You have a strong sense of composition, layout, and typography
• You understand what makes a successful brand and are adept at translating brand strategy into visual design
• You have the ability to work in a team environment and take direction and feedback in stride
• You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• You are comfortable working quickly on tight deadlines, managing multiple projects at once
• You are proficient in one or more of these tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign
• You keep up with new design trends, tools, and techniques and are passionate about helping small business
• You are a  team player who brings a unique sense of aesthetics and passion
• You have a history of success, thriving in a fast-paced, environment
• A design portfolio of your work is required to be considered for this position

Primary Responsibilities

• Imagine, design, and execute creative marketing solutions for CleverTask clients to support total excellence in marketing communications.
• Elevate the visual representation of our client’s  brands through effective graphic design across all mediums.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Contribute knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management.
• Design clean, yet powerful landing pages whose visuals convey complex topics and solutions.
• Support outbound marketing, business development, and sales by developing marketing programs, collateral, client presentations, conference exhibitions, and webinars.
• Lift client’s social media presence with captivating video storyboards, blog images, social images, native and paid ads, and more.
• Collaborate with clients  to understand and refine briefs and to deliver projects on time.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to collect information and assets as required for content production.
• Manage internal brand folders for multiple clients and aid in the curation, management, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Contribute to CleverTask’s collaborative and people-driven culture with a bias toward action, commitments to personal, team, and organizational growth.
