Description

Shadow Mountain Community Church is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join the Communications Department. This role is responsible for executing visual design across print and digital platforms in support of church-wide initiatives, ministries, and weekend services.


The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and experience with graphic design, be creative and flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to take direction from the Communications Director and church leadership.


Primary Duties

  • Design visual assets for church initiatives, events, and ministries
  • Collaborate with graphics team to create visual content for weekend services.
  • Work with ministries and Comms team to meet deadlines and priorities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work
  • Complete required projects for the Communications Department
Qualifications
  • Servant heart, team player, great customer/client service, and positive attitude
  • Broad knowledge and experience with graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Minimum Education: College preferred but not required
  • Tech Savvy— ability and passion for learning new technology and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and weekly deadlines
  • Creative, flexible, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable receiving direction and feedback
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
