About the Opportunity

Driscoll’s is seeking an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager of Brand Design, this role is a key contributor to how Driscoll’s brand shows up in the world. As the sole internal marketing-focused designer, you will transform creative briefs into compelling brand experiences that span digital, in-store, event, and print touchpoints.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned designer who thrives in both creative execution and strategic thinking. You’ll be responsible for stewarding the brand identity through thoughtful, high-impact design that is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand and business goals. This role will directly support initiatives across Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, SEI Marketing, and more, bringing our visual story to life for consumers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to bring together design expertise, brand influence, and cross-functional collaboration to shape a beloved brand.

 Responsibilities

Design Development and Execution
•    Lead design development and execution for visually compelling brand experiences ensuring alignment with our brand's visual identity and guidelines 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional members to ensure their creative briefs clearly outline project objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes.  Short-term seasonal campaigns and long-term projects or initiatives may include:
o    Digital: website, social media and paid campaign elements
o    Shopper Marketing: in-store merchandising and point-of-purchase signage
o    Brand Events: trade shows and consumer events
o    Product Innovation: sell-sheets and packaging
 

Brand Stewardship Management
•    Protect, manage, and evolve the visual identity system to deliver consistent brand expression that ladders up to the global brand positioning for all consumer-facing touchpoints
•    Maintain brand style guidelines and ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand standards that define visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and overall brand personality and imagery
•    Apply masterful grasp of design principles involving hierarchy, composition, typography, iconography, photography, color, and illustration
•    Provide creative guidance to agencies/partners/content creators to ensure assets are consistent with our brand style guidelines
 

Design Process & Management 
•    Lead the internal design process from concept development to final production, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of assets
•    Manage design projects and creative processes across multiple external agencies 
•    Come up with new ideas and inventive ways to drive a design narrative within the brand
•    Collaborate closely with brand marketing and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into final assets
•    Present to stakeholders and actively incorporate their feedback throughout multiple revision rounds, ensuring all perspectives are considered and addressed 
•    Management and organization of digital asset management
•    Balance and prioritize work across a range of projects from start to finish

    Candidate Profile

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
•    5+ years’ professional experience in graphic design, preferably for a branded company
•    Graphic Design Principles & Execution 
•    Production Design 
•    Marketing & Creative Design Strategy 
•    Brand Visual Identity & Brand Management 
•    In-house design or single-brand expertise
•    Strong understanding and application of Brand Guidelines
•    Strong knowledge of brand strategy and visual storytelling
•    Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign – Advanced 
•    Microsoft Office – Advanced 
•    Digital Asset Management Platform – Basic 
•    Project Management - Basic

Preferred Qualifications
•    Excellent typography, layout, iconography, and illustration skills—both for digital and print applications
•    Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print
•    Highly strategic and critical in approaching design, emphasizing the big picture and bringing ideas to life
•    Exceptional knowledge/experience with print & digital production process, from ideation through execution
•    Strong understanding of print processes, file formats, color profiles, and preparing designs for print 
•    Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work directly with marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and agency partners
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to present and articulate ideas
•    Experience leading and managing projects from concept to execution
•    Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deliver work within fast turnaround times
•    A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions

Compensation & Benefits:

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.

Salary Range estimated for the Graphic Designer: $85,000 to $110,000 USD.
