Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our outbound marketing efforts by designing engaging graphics for paid media adverts, social media creative, and email/marketing materials. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for innovative design. While a background in eSports style graphic design is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce compelling graphics and visual materials for a variety of outbound marketing platforms including paid media adverts, social media, and email marketing.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Provide creative input and suggestions to continuously improve the visual aspects of our marketing materials.

Required skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio

  • Skills in digital design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Creative thinking, willingness to push boundaries and explore new design concepts.

  • A background in game-based/esports graphic design is a plus but not required.
