Exploding Kittens is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling, user-friendly designs that drive online sales and elevate the customer experience across our digital platforms. While the primary focus will be PDPs and email design, this role will also support paid ads and social content as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative is conversion-focused and aligned with e-commerce best practices.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Design and produce marketing assets for the Exploding Kittens brand and its games across print and digital platforms
  • Develop DTC/online retailer content, including PDP images and Amazon A+ content 
  • Create engaging email and SMS campaigns that drive sales and keep fans coming back 
  • Support additional creative needs as needed, including promos, paid ads, event/tradeshow visuals, and social content
  • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing designs for performance across all channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative meets brand, technical, and platform requirements

WHAT WE NEED:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proven experience designing for Amazon PDP and A+ content, with an understanding of retailer image requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in Project management tools such as Monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with paid ad and social content creation
  • Bonus points for illustration, animation, or video editing chops
  • Bonus points for Interest in card and board games
