The Role
We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer & Video Editor to own and elevate Togal’s visual identity across the company. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create high-quality visual and video assets that support every stage of the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in craft, and can move comfortably between static design and video editing.
What You’ll Do
Your work will help define how AI in construction is visually communicated to the world, helping contractors trust AI and understand its value for their business.
Design & Brand Assets
Create and maintain visual assets across the company, including:
Website graphics and landing page visuals
Sales decks, presentations, and proposal materials
Social media graphics and paid ad creative
Video thumbnails, event graphics, and one-off marketing assets
Ensure consistency with Togal’s brand guidelines while continuing to refine and evolve the visual system
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visuals for our ICP and end user
Video Editing & Production
Edit and produce a wide range of video content, including:
Product marketing and feature videos
Help center and customer education videos
YouTube content and short-form social clips
Webinar recordings and virtual event content
Add motion graphics, titles, overlays, and light animation as needed
Maintain an organized video asset library and ensure videos are optimized for their intended platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success to understand goals and deliver visuals that support business outcomes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, video editor, or hybrid creative role (in-house or agency)
Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing work
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar
Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and also work independently
Nice to Have
Experience creating assets for B2B SaaS or technology companies
Familiarity with construction or industrial audiences
Basic motion design or animation skills
Experience optimizing video for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid media
