ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visual design, 3D, and motion, while helping build and evolve scalable design systems that connect every expression of the brand. You’ll collaborate across teams to create thoughtful, elevated visual stories that span digital, print, and experiential platforms. You combine conceptual curiosity, system-level thinking, and uncompromising craft to shape how PAX shows up in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cohesive scalable design systems and brand campaigns across multiple channels. Including paid media, print, digital, and emerging platforms, ensuring seamless integration and brand consistency, UI, layout, 3D work, and motion systems, with a high level of craft, attention to detail, and consistency across all touchpoints. 
  • Create product visualizations, and short animations for marketing and internal use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital and print applications.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment while upholding quality and intent.
  • Contribute ideas, visual explorations, and system thinking that move the brand forward.

Required Skills & Experience

  • An online portfolio that shows strong visual taste, system thinking, and the ability to execute at a high level across mediums.
  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (Agency or In-House).
  • Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects), and 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or SolidWorks.
  • Skilled in creating and implementing design systems that drive brand consistency and scalability across various touchpoints, including marketing and product experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of production process.
  • A proactive problem-solver who identifies opportunities to improve projects and workflows without waiting for direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with design-led lifestyle or technology brands, particularly in DTC or integrated 360 campaign environments.
  • Passion for product storytelling, industrial design, or innovative visual communication.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools Asana and Google Suite.

COMPENSATION

In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $105-120k + equity. This pay range represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. The final pay will depend on many factors, including years and depth of experience, level, and location of the employee. We only expect to pay the top of the range in rare and exceptional circumstances, for candidates that far exceed the requirements and expectations of the position.
