Overview:

Pacvue is seeking a summer hire to support the Corporate Marketing Creative team in creating captivating assets to help drive conversions. This position will provide hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, visual identity, and web design. The summer hire will work closely with the Group Creative Marketing Manager on marketing projects. 

Project Scope:  

  • Assist in-house corporate marketing team with creative deliverables by applying fundamental design principles. 
  • Create a variety of digital assets, while adhering to brand guidelines, accounting for different screen sizes and formats in a fast-moving corporate environment. 

Deliverables/Milestones:  

  • Individual deliverables dependent on the scheduled product launches and go-to-market needs of corporate marketing team and manager. 
  • Intern will be able to leave with 1-2 design pieces to showcase in their creative portfolio 
  • At the end of the internship, the designer will present a polished deck to the corporate marketing team showcasing curated deliverables and key learnings from the position. 

Learning Objectives: 

  • Understand and apply fundamental design principles through hands-on practice tied to company objectives and marketing goals. 
  • Learn to use color theory and typography effectively. 
  • Best practices for designing on web vs print. 
  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. 
  • Understand the basics of branding, visual identity, web design, and digital designs adapted across screen sizes and platforms. 
  • Learn to create cohesive and consistent designs while working within a design system 
  • Create flexible designs to fit brand guidelines and identities. 
  • Understand the importance of learning and self-improvement within the industry. 
     

Location/Time Zone Preference: United States (mainland) 

This is an hourly contract role intended for college students as a summer internship. The role is remote, begins on May 19, 2025 and pays $20 per hour, 35 hours per week for approximately 2 months.
