Reporting to the Finance Manager, On Premise Key Accounts, you will spend 18 months in a rotational role supporting the On Premise sales and distribution Key Account channel. The On Premise is any account you purchase and consume a Red Bull on the premise (i.e. restaurants, bars, and nightclubs). This is a unique opportunity for ambitious, self-driven individuals to work cross-functionally, interact with multiple stakeholders, and make an impact on a growing, global brand. As the Trade Finance Graduate, you will play a key role in department strategy through learning and supporting financial analysis, reporting and process enhancements. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the business and build the analytical skillsets to succeed as a financial professional at Red Bull.

Job Description

ANALYSIS

Learn how to conduct an in-depth cost analysis on the National Key Account & Independent Account pricing structure to assess return on investment and drive spend efficiencies

Assist in quantifying the financial impact through various route-to-market (distribution to retailer) options and collaborate with the sales team to present strategy recommendations to leadership

 

REPORTING

Help improve data quality and utilization of system tools by defining metrics to measure compliance and support in the creation of a standard reporting process to track progress

Provide a monthly update on volume and sales results clearly articulating variances and full year impacts to the business plan

Perform ad hoc analysis and assist in standard month end close processes

 

PLANNING

Collaborate with budget owners during business planning to ensure forecast accuracy and appropriately challenge inputs where necessary

Provide analytical support and work cross functionally on ad-hoc business case proposals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)

Relevant work or internship experience is a plus

Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus

Proven excellence in academic pursuits

A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PowerBI)

Additional Information

The salary for this position is $73,000.
