In this role, you will:
- Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products
- Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests
- Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
- Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks
- Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds
- Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
- Demonstrated strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
- Familiar with banking terminology
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous project management experience
- Legal document review experience
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
