In this role, you will:
- Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
- Lead simple to complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of Treasury Management products and services
- Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
- Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
- Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
- Coordinate appropriate meetings
- Communicate status to the customer and line partners
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Treasury Management experience
- Strong Treasury Management knowledge and experience
- Previous project management experience
- Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
- This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
