WHAT OUR GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Serve as a SME in all aspects of government subsidized programs, including program eligibility rules, filing deadlines, funding criteria, financial discount formulas and forms.
- Assist sales representatives and client services managers in complying with Regulatory and government requirements for E-Rate, RHC, CTF, and other government subsidized programs.
- Collaborate with the governing bodies of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
- Work with customers on delinquencies by performing collection efforts.
- Manage client accounts to include, but not limited to; contract review, product eligibility, funding request assistance, account set up (within our databases), client discount calculations, audits, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update internal databases with all required information. Assist with preparation of reports for submission to regulatory agencies and/or GSP leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in financial data analysis, customer relationship management, project management, ICOMS/CSG, and Salesforce.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Finance, Accounting or Business-related degrees).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Skills: Prioritization, organizational, interpersonal, time management, critical thinking, and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Self-motivated with the ability to analyze data while applying complex information.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience with E-Rate, RHC or CTF.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
