PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients.  We are looking for a Google Cloud Engineer to help us develop CX solutions that provide our clients with customer journeys that achieve results. Responsibilities

  • Assist in lift and shift of existing product into Goggle Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Deploy and manage GCP applications using command-line tools
  • Validate GCP software deployments and releases
  • Write and execute queries to make configuration changes to GCP applications
  • Use standard tools like Jenkins and git to pre-stage software for deployment
  • Use Unix commands to troubleshoot system and network behavior

Requirements

In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 3 years experience with:

  • GCP networking and application model
  • Containerized applications
    • Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
    • Docker
    • Terraform
  • MySQL or PostGres SQL databases
  • Python, JavaScript, C++, NodeJS and Bash
  • GNU Tool chain for building C++ Code
  • Microservice based architectures on Linux/Unix platforms
  • Google Cloud Certifications, such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
