*This is a full-time onsite position, requiring employees to work from the Torrance office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end product onboarding for all North American retail partners.
  • Help facilitate and manage process and execute launch strategy. Responsible for tracking progress. Work with international cross-functional team to ensure a smooth launch and maximize product performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Great understanding of online and inline marketing tactics and the ability to help execute marketing initiatives that equates to maximum ROI.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Ensure online content is optimized for core skus across all retailer partners.
  • Marketing Strategy Optimization - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing insights to refine and optimize future initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Retail Partner Collaboration - Collaborate with retailer merchandising and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.
  • Provide support in planning and executing promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internal and retail partners, including tech-focused retailers to ensure ongoing collaboration and partnership growth.
  • Customer Insights and Behavior Analysis - Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Use customer segmentation and targeting techniques to improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts and personalize customer experiences.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget allocated for Costco-related activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
  • Partner with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market strategy and execution.
  • Provide data and insights to support product development decisions and new product introductions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in data analysis or marketing analytics is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a related role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
