Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as a hands-on, client-facing operator who designs and builds complete sales and marketing systems for external clients. You will guide clients through regular planning conversations, stand up outbound and signal-driven programs, and turn repeatable work into reusable playbooks. This is the first dedicated hire on a new client services line.

What you'll do

- Hold an initial onboarding session and recurring planning meetings with client leadership.

- Develop ideal customer profiles from past winning deals and call transcripts, and turn them into tiered, verified target lists.

- Set up outbound infrastructure and run inbound and signal-based campaigns for clients.

- Connect tools and systems through APIs and light coding to automate go-to-market workflows.

- Turn repeatable work into templates and playbooks that help standardize the service.

- Help shape the offering, pricing, tooling and team of a new business line.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- Experience running something of your own, such as an agency, business or side project with paying customers, ideally grown through your own marketing.

- Client-facing background in consulting, agency work, early-stage go-to-market or forward-deployed roles, with personal accountability for client outcomes.

- Hands-on experience with modern go-to-market automation and AI tooling.

- Comfort with APIs, light coding and integrating systems.

- Technical background shown through a degree and/or prior work experience.

- Clear, responsive communicator who can explain commercial approach to non-specialist stakeholders and adapt quickly to their input.

- High agency and comfort writing the playbook in fast, ambiguous environments.

- Roughly 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
