What you'll do
- Configure and integrate GTM technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, Jira, Gong, and other related tools.
- Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflow logic and automation to streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key insights into GTM performance.
- Build integrations between GTM systems, leveraging development tools and APIs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Deploy regular refreshes to territory and account coverage to keep account ownership and resulting automation flows and reports up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the GTM tech stack.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GTM technologies and trends.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across GTM systems.
Who you are
- You have experience working with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Vitally, and Jira.
- You have a strong understanding of GTM processes and workflows.
- You have experience in designing and implementing workflow automation leveraging APIs.
- You have proficiency in developing reports and dashboards.
- You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You can work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- You are detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Understanding of API integrations.
