The Role:

The Global Website Marketing Manager collaborates with the Director of Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and oversee website projects. This role involves collaborating with the website agency and various corporate teams to create a unique and compelling online presence. This role also supports various digital marketing efforts including content publishing, SEO (both on-site and off-site), analytics reporting, brand integration, and some editorial and photo editing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy aligned with our brand, optimizing user experience, SEO, and engagement.
  • Own the website roadmap, lead enhancements and updates, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to strategy discussions.
  • Ensure the Heidrick & Struggles website is up-to-date and functions smoothly.
  • Oversee on-site search, analytics, and tagging in collaboration with the digital team, focusing on performance insights and data-driven improvements.
  • Lead website enhancement projects with our agency and internal teams.
  • Monitor website health, addressing issues like broken links and page errors.
  • Evaluate and provide guidance to the organization on the use of new MarTech tools, when necessary to optimize our marketing efforts
  • Master content management tools like Sitecore and Coveo to update and manage site content effectively, and maintain a library of website processes.
  • Coordinate content optimization efforts with the editorial team, applying best practices for SEO (as well as those shared by our SEO agency) to enhance visibility and organic reach.
  • Partner with editorial and business teams to ensure timely and consistent publication of thought leadership and service content.
  • Work with business stakeholders to create and keep web pages fresh and aligned with our brand messaging, style guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Drive the organization of the website towards its objective of a more personalized or user journey driven content strategy.
  • Manage editorial compilation and initiatives such as campaign pages, editorial features, and the website biography process, maintaining brand alignment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all digital touchpoints, ensuring website content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to cross-channel digital marketing efforts, supporting email, social media, and campaign initiatives as needed.
  • Support additional marketing projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in website and marketing roles.
  • Experience in Sitecore, Coveo, Asana, Photoshop (or similar tools), and other digital platforms.
  • Intermediate SEO and Google Analytics knowledge, and willing to learn more.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • A resourceful and creative self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Curious about the evolving digital landscape, with a solid understanding of agile project management.
  • Professional and respectful in interactions with colleagues, partners, and leadership.
  • Skilled at assessing situations and determining the best course of action.
  • Able to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborating with others to implement solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A pragmatic and collaborative problem solver who values teamwork and supports marketing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of juggling multiple projects while taking pride in team successes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional service or agency environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:

The salary range for this position is 110000 USD to 125000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Note: we have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
