The Opportunity

We are expanding our Global Total Reward team to continue to improve and develop our Total Reward approach for our Global business of over 1,000 employees. This role will report to our Global Total Reward Director and will collaborate closely with our wider Global People Team and business stakeholders to deliver Total Reward improvements across our Americas business as well as Global Total Reward initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of our Global Total Reward team, delivering Global work with a focus on the Americas. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage with stakeholders at the highest level of our Global business, using high quality data analytics, communication skills and commercial acumen to mature our Total Reward approach to best motivate and retain our talented employees. This role is pivotal to improving Reward outcomes across the business and showcasing the full value of our investment in our people. Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization’s total reward with a focus on the Americas Region, while also collaborating on Global initiatives, including salary structures, employee benefits, incentive plans, and annual total reward cycle and promotions.

  • Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas Region in collaboration with the Global Total Reward Director and our Americas People Business Partnering team, including pay transparency, benefits and time off regulations.

  • Partner with US and Canada benefits brokers to optimize benefits, manage costs, and deliver high-quality annual open enrollment processes with input from the local People Business Partners.

  • Work with externally verified reward benchmarking data to inform total reward recommendations including overall pay structures and providing job-specific benchmarking analyses to support commercial, fact-based reward decisions for new hires and promotions.

  • Support the successful delivery of our Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions round using our Workday People System, including producing insightful and accurate summaries for key decision makers. This will include supporting the approval process with our CPO, CEO and Board Remuneration Committee.

  • Produce commercial and thorough business cases for reward recommendations, ensuring that recommendations are robust and clearly summarized to support our decision makers, and that our Group Authority Matrix requirements are consistently followed.

  • Respond to ad-hoc Total Reward data requests from the CEO and Board, ensuring quality and timeliness, with oversight from the Global Total Reward Director.

  • Manage recognition programs for Americas employees (manual or via a platform) to drive and reward high performance year-round.

  • Work with our People Business Partnering and People Systems colleagues to ensure Workday People System reward data is maintained at a high standard.

Qualifications and Requirements
Basic Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience with Total Reward, including hands-on ownership of reward activities, benefits, and recognition and being 100% confidential.

  • Strong benefits acumen with a track record of partnering with US and Canada brokers to optimize plans, manage costs, and run open enrollment.

  • Advanced analytics skills, including experience building reward models and scenario analyses that translate into clear recommendations.

  • Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotion processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaborating with senior leaders (e.g., Department Heads, CEO) and cross-functional colleagues.

  • Exceptional attention to data accuracy, detail and insight, including preparing clear, compelling Total Reward data.

  • Strong project management, prioritization, and written communication skills; able to thrive in a lean, high-impact global team.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of USA and Canada pay transparency laws, ideally with practical experience of operationalizing compliant processes and manager guidance.

  • Knowledge of reward benchmarking, salary band design, and applying geographic and job-family/service line differentials using verified external data.

  • HRIS proficiency; Workday system expertise is preferred, with demonstrated proficiency in leveraging the platform to enable scalable, data-driven compensation processes and total rewards administration across the enterprise.

  • Global professional services experience and exposure to Partner reward a plus.

Compensation: HKA offers an annual salary range of USD 90,000 - USD 120,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
