Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Technical Program Manager located in Virginia or Ohio (remote)

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Operations  the Global Technical Program Manager will manage and execute large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, often within the context of our large global customers. This includes planning, design, and delivery of electrical distribution systems, as well as collaborating with engineering teams and external vendors.  Technology transfers across regions is an additional critical element as well as developing a positive relationship with our global customer leads (supply chain and product/program management).  TPM should be the face of Anord Mardix and work in collaboration with internal global account management, supply chain, and operational teams.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage project timelines, and track progress against defined goals.
  • Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, cooling systems, and related technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our products and solutions. Work directly with our key customers on issues and risks, demonstrating solid problem-solving skills, strong communication and customer obsession.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and status reports.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality equipment and services.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.     
  • Minimum of 8 – 10 years of program management experience in electrical infrastructure industry working with Hyperscale's and colocation customers.
  • Proven experience in managing complex programs, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, cooling, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI, UL, etc.)
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding switchgear products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SWGR design and project delivery.
  • Project management knowledge.
  • Available to travel 20%-50% as necessary to support your customer.

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate$140,000.00 USD - $192,500.00 USD Annual
