The Role
We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record to join our fast-paced, high-performance team. This is a crucial role where you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, for a diverse range of roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and technical positions. You must be obsessed with finding top talent and committed to our mission of scaling the team globally.

What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining sourcing strategies to onboarding new hires.
Global Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier talent in the EU and US markets, leveraging various channels and building long-term talent pipelines.
Strategic Talent Matching: Recruit for a variety of roles across our core business areas, including B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Tech roles.
Candidate Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and use a rigorous assessment process to evaluate candidates on both hard skills and culture fit. Your expertise in this area is a MUST.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, set realistic expectations, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate, continuously improving our hiring processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Not less than 4 years of proven, end-to-end global talent acquisition experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Market Expertise: Extensive experience hiring in Global Markets especially EU and US markets is a non-negotiable requirement.
- High-Performance Mindset: A competent and obsessed professional with a track record of closing over 90 offers per quarter.
- Role Expertise: A subject matter expert in recruiting for B2B, AI, SaaS, Info Space, Marketing, and Customer Success roles. Technical recruitment experience is a plus.
- Key Skills: A super multitasker and highly resourceful individual with a deep understanding of candidate evaluation and assessment processes.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other AI related recruitment technologies is essential.

- Consistent Delivery: Consistently close over 90+ offers per quarter.
- Speed & Efficiency: Maintain a low time-to-fill for client placements and critical roles, reflecting a fast-paced and efficient recruitment process.
- Quality of Hire: High offer acceptance rates and strong new hire retention, demonstrating effective candidate evaluation and culture fit.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Proactive communication and seamless collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.
