Acxiom is seeking a project execution focused leader to manage a global staff augmentation engagement in support of a financial services client. This role will oversee offshore teams in India and nearshore resources, ensuring high-quality performance and client satisfaction.
*This role can be based almost anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those in Central or Eastern Time.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary U.S.-based delivery lead and point of contact for the client, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Partner with offshore delivery leaders to ensure timely delivery of resources and consistent execution and alignment of client expectations.
  • Lead initial staffing efforts, including resource planning, onboarding, and coordination across geographies.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, productivity, and service quality across all teams.
  • Facilitate regular communication with clients, including status updates, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Have:

  • BA preferred or 5+ years of equivalent working experience
  • Proven experience managing delivery teams in a staff augmentation or professional services model.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple levels within organizations.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Ability to successfully interact with multiple stakeholders, including client, Acxiom organizations (legal, HR, leadership), staffing vendor, and affiliate staffing organization
  • Previous experience being client-facing & primary contact for stakeholders
  • Desire to be dedicated to one client
  • Experience with the global management of staffing of resources; not operations/delivery
  • Proven ability to develop & report on KPIs, like time to fill roles, quality of candidates and candidate pipeline
  • Located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone to align more closely with client need
