Position Overview:

The Global Staffing Manager will play a critical role in driving UniUni’s global talent acquisition strategy. This role will oversee recruitment activities across multiple regions and countries, ensuring timely hiring, high-quality candidates, and optimal recruitment costs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both recruitment and cross-regional team management.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Global Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet UniUni’s global talent needs across multiple locations.
  • Manage Global Recruitment Pipeline: Track and optimize recruitment processes to achieve hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce recruitment costs while maintaining hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Cross-Regional Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters located across different regions to ensure consistency in recruitment standards and processes.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the Global HRD and business leaders to align recruitment plans with UniUni’s strategic objectives.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: Ensure hiring goals are met by being accountable for recruitment outcomes and overall success of the staffing strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and analytics to track, report, and optimize recruitment performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing cross-regional or international recruitment teams.
  • Proven experience in headhunting or talent acquisition, demonstrating a strong ability to identify and attract candidates.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and being accountable for recruitment outcomes.
