What You Can Look Forward To:



Energy Recovery, Inc.is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time job opening for the position of Global Sales Director, with the Wastewater team. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share across international territories. The candidate will lead a global sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. A suitable candidate will have a proven track record of success in global sales, a deep understanding of Wastewater markets, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in international markets
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing global sales team
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools including the use of CRM
  • Establish and manage relationships with local distributors and partners

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in global sales leadership in Water or Wastewater industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
