Schedule: Remote + 50% domestic & international travel

Position Summary:

This position is the top sales and marketing position with responsibility for the direction and management of the sales and marketing activities of the Micro Motion division – AMC Segment at Regal Rexnord.  This position directs the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures that conform to segment and corporate growth objectives.  It has oversight of sales management, strategic sales, key account management, inside sales, commercial operations and integrated marketing functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned. 

  • Develop and implement a global sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Together with the Division leadership team, participate in the annual strategic planning process and policy deployment process to set direction for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Work with the team and develop KPI’s for ensuring delivery on sales objectives both short term and long term to deliver organizations growth objectives.
  • Develop effective model for field sales, applications engineering and customer service driving consistency where possible, but acknowledging cultural and regional differences when necessary.
  • Drive a growth mindset in the teams to achieve 2x the market rate.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals across various regions.
  • Implement processes to collect market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services globally.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts and deliver on the Divisions core value drivers.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt strategies to local markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Analyze results and adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement in order to create best in class processes which use dashboards through effective use of SFDC and existing ERP systems.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of sales & marketing experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years in a sales & marketing or similar leadership role
  • High level of interpersonal skills and exposure to working with global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • High level of personal initiative and ownership of results 

Preferred Experience:  

  • MBA or Advanced Degree
  • Experience in medical equipment and precision engineering components
  • Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals 
  • Experience with CRM and forecasting tools 
  • Experience with concepts of 80/20 and Lean Management  

Expected Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + Incentives

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
