Our company is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to collaborate with co-workers across the world. This role requires the availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver top talent across multiple areas of our business, including payments, fraud, product, and more.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Use your expertise to build strong talent pipelines and identify future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance our recruitment strategy and contribute to a growing, dynamic company culture.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, advising them on the best recruitment strategies and market insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, ideally with experience in scaling global teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a keen eye for identifying top-tier talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Experience recruiting in a fintech environment
