What you'll be doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver top talent across multiple areas of our business, including payments, fraud, product, and more.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Use your expertise to build strong talent pipelines and identify future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance our recruitment strategy and contribute to a growing, dynamic company culture.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, advising them on the best recruitment strategies and market insights.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, ideally with experience in scaling global teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a keen eye for identifying top-tier talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Experience recruiting in a fintech environment
