About the Role:
This role reports to Senior Director of Global Business Development – Services in our Alliances organization.

The Global Partner Services Manager (Lead) is responsible for scaling CrowdStrike’s global ecosystem of delivery partners to achieve measurable business outcomes through partner-led services. This leader manages a global team of Partner Services Managers focused on enabling, governing, and growing partner delivery capabilities across CrowdStrike’s Horizon Solution portfolio.

This role drives the strategy and operational excellence required for partners to deliver CrowdStrike services successfully, influence product adoption, and deliver measurable value to customers. Success is defined by partner delivery capability growth, customer outcomes, and influenced delivered license dollars — reflecting the impact of partner-led service delivery on CrowdStrike’s overall success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a global team of Partner Services Managers responsible for partner delivery enablement, governance and performance.

  • Define and execute the global partner delivery strategy to scale CrowdStrike’s ecosystem across a select group of solutions.

  • Implement governance frameworks that ensure quality, consistency, and partner accountability for customer success and CSAT compliance.

  • Drive global enablement programs to build delivery readiness, certification, and capability growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Alliances, Product, and Customer Success to align partner delivery with business goals.

  • Measure and report partner-influenced delivered value, attach rates, and other key performance indicators across regions.

  • Represent Partner Services in executive reviews and drive continuous improvement through partner and internal feedback loops.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years in partner enablement, professional services, or ecosystem delivery management in enterprise software or cybersecurity.

  • Proven success leading global or matrixed teams to scale delivery programs and drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of service delivery models, certification frameworks, and partner performance governance.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools for performance tracking.

  • Collaborative leadership style with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams around shared delivery and growth objectives

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with CrowdStrike’s product ecosystem or cybersecurity market landscape preferred.

  • Proven experience driving partner-led service delivery initiatives or co-delivery programs in a global SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

  • Skilled in using data and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) to track partner enablement, delivery quality, and customer success outcomes.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $105,000 - $163,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
