Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

Job summary

As DigiCert continues to expand its global partner ecosystem, we’re seeking an experienced and creative Global Partner Marketing Program Manager to strengthen how we engage, enable, and empower our partners to grow with DigiCert.

The Global Partner Marketing Program Manager will drive global partner engagement through strategic marketing programs, scalable “Campaigns in a Box,” and consistent, high-impact partner communications. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the communications, assets, and campaigns that help partners succeed — while reinforcing DigiCert’s leadership within the global cybersecurity partner ecosystem.

This is a cross-functional role that connects the dots across channel sales, partner enablement, demand generation, product marketing, and global communications to ensure partners are informed, enabled, and inspired to act.

What you will do

Global Partner Program & Campaign Strategy

  • Design, launch, and manage global partner marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption of DigiCert solutions.
  • Oversee and optimize Market Development Fund (MDF) programs, including fund allocation, partner proposal review, performance tracking, and ROI analysis to ensure MDF investments drive measurable demand and joint revenue growth.
  • Build Campaigns in a Box — fully developed, ready-to-execute toolkits that regional and partner marketers can activate locally.
  • Ensure all campaigns are integrated with DigiCert’s global demand gen strategy and brand messaging, aligning with solution areas and growth objectives.
  • Maintain a partner marketing calendar that aligns regional activities with global campaign milestones.

Partner Communications – Global Ownership

  • Own and execute the global partner communications strategy, ensuring consistent, timely, and value-driven messaging across all partner touchpoints.
  • Manage ongoing partner newsletters, announcements, and enablement updates, highlighting new solutions, campaigns, certifications, and program enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated communications across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Develop and manage the “to-partner” and “through-partner” communications cadence, ensuring partners understand how to market and sell DigiCert effectively.
  •  Communicate MDF program updates, usage guidelines, and success stories through global partner newsletters and portal updates, ensuring transparency and best practice sharing across regions.
  • Track communication engagement metrics and continuously optimize delivery methods and content relevance.

Partner Portal & Enablement

  • Oversee the DigiCert Partner Portal content and asset management to ensure partners can easily access marketing materials, communications, and enablement tools.
  • Partner with operations and enablement teams to continuously improve portal functionality, user experience, and content discoverability.
  • Curate and upload new marketing campaigns, collateral, and communications in alignment with global launches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date MDF program resources, including claim forms, policies, funding calendars, and promotional guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Channel Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to align on partner priorities and messaging.
  • Serve as the bridge between corporate marketing and the channel ecosystem, ensuring partners are equipped with the most current campaigns, news, and enablement.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers to adapt global assets and communications for local markets.
  • Support leadership communications to the partner community, including executive letters, partner webinars, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Channel Operations, and Regional Marketing teams to streamline MDF claims, ensure compliance with funding policies, and optimize program performance reporting.

What you will have

  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel communications, or global program management in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to build and scale global partner marketing and communications programs that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, MDF program management, and sell-with partner marketing models.
  • Strong experience managing Partner Portals (e.g., Impartner, Salesforce PRM, Allbound) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate technical information into compelling partner-ready content.
  • Skilled in program management, stakeholder alignment, and global coordination.
  • A positive, proactive team player who leans in to challenges, collaborates across functions, and drives programs from strategy through flawless execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise infrastructure marketing.
  • Expertise in global partner communications and engagement strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM and campaign tools (Salesforce, Eloqua).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • High comfort level working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
