About Netskope

Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.

Since 2012, we have built the market-leading cloud security company and an award-winning culture powered by hundreds of employees spread across offices in Santa Clara, St. Louis, Bangalore, London, Paris, Melbourne, Taipei, and Tokyo. Our core values are openness, honesty, and transparency, and we purposely developed our open desk layouts and large meeting spaces to support and promote partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork. From catered lunches and office celebrations to employee recognition events and social professional groups such as the Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), we strive to keep work fun, supportive and interactive.  Visit us at Netskope Careers.  About the position:

Netskope is looking for a strategic and creative Global Partner Communications Specialist to serve as the "voice" of our brand to our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our global partner community is informed, engaged, and empowered.

You will own the content strategy for the Netskope Partner Portal, ensuring it serves as a dynamic source of truth for our channel. You will collaborate cross-functionally to distill complex internal updates—regarding events, enablement, and program changes—into clear, compelling communications that drive partner success and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive "To-Partner" communication strategy that includes newsletters, leveraging communications via the portal with News on Demand, ad-hoc announcements, and system notifications.
  • Program & Enablement Updates: Translate complex program details into digestible content. Ensure partners are immediately informed about new incentives, certification requirements, product launches, and updates to the Netskope Partner Programs.
  • Event Promotion: Drive awareness and attendance for global and regional partner events, webinars, summits, and roadshows through targeted email campaigns and portal messaging.
  • Partner Portal Management: Own the content maintenance and lifecycle of the Netskope Partner Portal. Ensure all assets, news, and tools are up-to-date, easily accessible, and curated to provide a seamless user experience for partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the Channel Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Enablement teams to identify key narratives and ensure a unified voice across all partner touchpoints.
  • Engagement Analytics: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts (email open rates, click-throughs, portal engagement) and use data to optimize future strategies.
  • Crisis & Operational Communications: Manage time-sensitive communications regarding operational changes, pricing updates, or critical business news to the channel.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or corporate communications, preferably within the Cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Writing Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of work demonstrating experience in writing blogs, newsletters, executive messaging, and enablement guides.
  • Channel Acumen: Deep understanding of the Channel ecosystem (Resellers, MSPs, Distributors) and what drives partner engagement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms (such as Salesforce, Impartner, or Allbound) and email marketing automation tools.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and influence teams without direct authority.
  • System Experience:  Proficient with Google Suite, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, ImPartner PRM. Familiarity with HTML or basic web content management systems. Experience with Knak, GoldCast and Splash is preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Travel less than 15%

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
