To continue our successful growth, we are looking for an highly experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive global online recruitment and hiring experience to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of global online recruitment along with successfully managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective global recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, creating offers, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job specifications
  • Utilize headhunting as well as various online sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Oversee the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a remote recruiter doing global online recruitment and hiring
  • Extensive experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques for digital marketing, sales, project management, and customer success roles
  • Proven track record of global online talent acquisition filling diverse roles from executive level to entry level
  • Strong knowledge of global recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, regional job boards, as well as applicant tracking systems such as Workable
  • Must be highly tech savvy with experience in recruitment process streamlining and improvement through utilizing AI
  • Must have experience and expertise in large volume recruitment and hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

The Pay: 

  • Competitive base rate of $5,000 to $8,000 per month (dependant on experience and track-record)
