ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Global Mobility Program Manager, you will focus on developing and implementing mobility programs and workflows that align with Anduril's business needs. Your attention to detail and project management skills will be essential in keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations. In this individual contributor role, you will manage the full lifecycle of global mobility processes, providing expert advice and execution on immigration compliance, international relocation logistics, cross-border employment considerations, payroll, tax compliance, and mobility-related benefits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Global Mobility program, including vendor management and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain global mobility policies and workflows that align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end global immigration and relocation processes, partnering with external counsel and internal teams to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience.
  • Serve as an internal advisor on complex mobility issues, including work authorization, mobility tax, and compliance obligations.
  • Analyze insights to identify opportunities for program improvements focused on employee experience and cost efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance global mobility processes and systems, manage timelines, and track progress
  • Keep stakeholders updated on global mobility and immigration regulations, conducting regular compliance audits with HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Payroll, Legal and Tax, to facilitate compliance updates and ensure accurate reporting for internationally mobile employees.
  • Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes, implementing necessary adjustments to the mobility program and policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, and tax compliance.
  • Proven experience in building and managing global mobility programs for internationally operating companies.
  • Strong knowledge of global immigration laws, tax implications, and relocation best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and operationally sharp with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships and serve as a point of escalation.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and meets tight deadlines.
  • Experience working on global projects across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range
$90,000$135,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
