A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a dynamic, competitive, and inspiring Global Marketing Product Manager to shape and drive the Medtronic Embolization portfolio, with a focus on our Concerto, MVP, and Onyx product families to help drive global growth.

We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. 

Responsibilities will include creating annual product marketing plans, promotional activities, product lifecycle management, IBP forecasting, voice of field and customer, as well as financial modeling. The candidate will build strong physician relationships, creating product champions and conduct VOC to ensure products meet the end users’ requirements. This person will be empowered to use experience and creativity to support the strategic direction and execution of projects withing PVH. A Day in the Life:  

  • Interact and partner regularly with cross functional teams such as operations, sales, and finance to understand global trends, market share, product demand and constraints 

  • Drive Embolization initiatives to help increase market acceptance and use of PVH products 

  • Build product value proposition by leveraging knowledge of competitive landscape, product expertise, and customer needs 

  • Assist with revenue, demand planning, pricing, and supply data analysis for quarterly business reviews and integrated business planning (IBP) 

  • Develop and drive Embolization marketing strategy such as segmentation, positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, multi-channel communication planning, quarterly plan of action and sales communication 

  • Work directly with the field to manage product, allocations, key initiatives and drive profitable growth 

  • Supporting sales enablement in partnership with sales training on quarterly cadence 

 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, communications, business administration, or a related field 

  • 4+ years of experience working on cross-functional initiatives, such as inventory management, product launches or marketing campaigns, OR an advanced degree 

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines 

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time 

  • Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Product management, integrated marketing, or sales operations in medical or healthcare space preferred 

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable plans 

  • Ability to effectively produce and measure business results 

  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills  

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex and strategic ideas clearly (both written and in presentations) 

  • Ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and customer types

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $154,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
