The Purification and Pharma Analytics (PPA) business unit’s goal is to be the undisputed preferred provider of pharma analytics and niche purification solutions.  We are passionate about helping our customers solve the challenges of today's rapidly growing biologics market from ensuring the safety, quality, and stability of biopharmaceuticals with our turnkey, full-integrated analytics solutions to enabling process developers to purify even the most complex molecules with our robust and rapid downstream purification products and services.

We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric Global Market Development Manager to drive growth, differentiation, and market adoption for our monoclonal antibody (mAb) purity and quality analytics portfolio within our Pharma Analytics division.

This role is based in one of our key locations: San Diego, San Francisco or Pleasanton CA, or Boston, MA. You'll be at the heart of innovation, working closely with industry-leading experts and cutting-edge technologies.

DESCRIPTION:

As the Pharma Analytics’ Global Market Development Manager for mAbs, you will sit at the intersection of science, strategy, and storytelling, shaping how advanced analytical solutions are positioned and brought to market across the bioprocessing lifecycle. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in complexity, enjoys influencing without authority, and is motivated by translating deep customer insight into measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Development & Go-to-Market Execution

• Develop and execute global market development and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption across the mAb analytics portfolio.

• Define customer-focused positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on market needs, application use cases, and competitive dynamics.

• Support in-market and new product launches in partnership with product management and technical teams, ensuring clear messaging, launch readiness, and strong market uptake.

Campaign & Demand Generation

• Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel global marketing campaigns aligned to funnel stage and customer personas.

• Develop content that builds awareness, educates customers, and generates demand, with a strong emphasis on digital engagement.
• Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize performance across web, email, paid media, and marketing automation platforms.

Insights, Analytics & Performance

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and demand metrics.
• Use insights to continuously optimize messaging, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive activity within the mAb and broader biopharma analytics landscape.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with regional and cross-divisional marketing teams to enable effective inclusion, localization and execution of global programs.
• Collaborate with sales, applications, and technical support teams to ensure marketing programs align with customer-facing needs.

• Ensure alignment with other Pharma Analytics marketing initiatives and complementary portfolios where appropriate.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences, biopharma, or analytical technologies.

• Strong familiarity with mAb development and manufacturing; familiarity with analytical testing environments a plus.
• Proven experience developing and executing global marketing or market development programs.
• Demonstrated success driving demand through digital and multi-channel marketing initiatives.

• Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, global organization.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions and optimize performance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity utilizing AI in marketing; high competency a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
