Role
This is Management Trainee Program starts off with a 2025 internship supporting various business functions revolving around Listing/Operation/BD/Product team, and subsequently to be converted to a Full Time position with CoinMarketCap.
Job Description
1. Work directly with the listings team to enhance the quality, breadth, and depth of content on CoinMarketCap
2. Generate leads by proactively analyzing and scouting for high-quality projects
3. Synthesize and compile pertinent project information for entry into Zendesk workflow
4. Provide support to Listing/Operation/BD/Product team on ad-hoc projects
5. Analyse market trends to identify cutting-edge tokens and blockchain projects
6. Monitor news and developments on tokens on CMC platform and assess their qualification to remain listings on the platform
Qualifications
1. To be in your penultimate year and currently pursuing a degree qualification (Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field), and will be available to start your full-time employment with us in 2025. Advanced Degree or certification (MBA, CFA) would be an advantage
2. Deep working knowledge of technical and advanced cryptocurrency concepts, including swaps, protocols, dApps, exchange operations and more
3. Experience with analytics and spreadsheet software (e.g. VBA, VLOOKUP, IF statements) and presenting with data sets using SQL
4. Organized, resourceful, and with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership
5. In-depth understanding & relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including strong grasp of trends, themes, tokenomics, etc.
6. Experience with a support ticket system (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.)
Bonus:
Knowledge of financial markets and data (e.g. APIs)
Experience with using cryptocurrency exchanges
