Role Summary

The Global Learning Operations & Transformation Manager is an enterprise operations leader responsible for modernizing and scaling the operating foundation that powers ENGAGE (Training Operations) globally.

This role will establish and lead a Global Center of Excellence (CoE), driving AI-enabled operational transformation across Learning & Enablement (L&E) through scalable workflows, governance, automation, analytics, and operational discipline.

The role is focused on improving how global systems, teams, and processes work together enabling ENGAGE to operate with greater predictability, visibility, efficiency, and commercial alignment across regions and programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Operating Model & CoE Leadership
  • Establish and lead the Global Center of Excellence (CoE) for ENGAGE operations, governance, tooling, and analytics.
  • Design and operationalize a scalable hub-and-spoke operating model balancing global consistency with strong regional execution.
  • Standardize planning cadences, operational playbooks, decision rights, and execution frameworks.
  • Embed accountability, operational rigor, and measurable outcomes into global reviews and operating rhythms.
AI-Enabled Operations & Workflow Transformation
  • Lead the evolution of ENGAGE’s AI-enabled operational workflows, automation strategy, and operational telemetry.
  • Operationalize real-time KPIs, dashboards, and exception monitoring to improve visibility into demand, risk, and operational health.
  • Drive automation and intelligent workflow design across scheduling, forecasting, certification, onboarding, and partner operations.
  • Establish governance principles for AI-enabled workflows, ensuring reliability, transparency, scalability, and measurable business value.
Commercial Operations & Revenue Alignment
  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Commercialization teams to improve forecasting rigor, operational controls, utilization visibility, and scalable revenue-supporting processes globally.
  • Translate operational improvements into measurable business outcomes, including capacity unlock, reduced partner spend, improved utilization, and operational efficiency gains.
  • Support executive-grade reporting, operational visibility, and scalable governance mechanisms.
  • Embed operational controls aligned with long-term scalability and audit readiness.
Enterprise Governance & Risk Management
  • Build globally consistent operational governance across planning, reporting, exception handling, workflow controls, and operational oversight.
  • Establish clear ownership models, escalation paths, and decision rights to reduce ambiguity and execution friction.
  • Ensure operational resilience, compliance readiness, and structured risk mitigation across regions and programs.
Change Leadership & Global Alignment
  • Lead global adoption of standardized workflows, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled operating practices.
  • Drive consistent operational maturity and execution standards across regions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to L&E and operational leadership on scalability, operational health, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Influence across distributed, matrixed teams to drive alignment, accountability, and operational consistency.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Enablement Operations, Program Leadership, or Operational Transformation within high-growth global technology companies.
  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional execution mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled operational transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, workflow modernization, and scalable process design.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, including forecasting, revenue operations, utilization economics, and business performance drivers.
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Product, and Revenue leadership teams.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor, systems thinking, and executive-level communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience modernizing and scaling enablement operations through process, tooling, and operating model transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, data workflows, or Databricks technologies.
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI and automation solutions within operational workflows at scale.
  • Exposure to audit processes, SOX readiness, or public-company operational and financial controls.
  • Experience operating in globally distributed, cross-functional environments with complex stakeholder alignment needs.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
