As a Global Investment Control – Senior Manager, you will play a leadership role working closely with the local and global management team managing daily processes to provide outstanding service to the Investment Group and our clients, ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely and that compliance and regulatory requirements are met. You will also provide strategic thought leadership and partner with other leaders across Global Investment Control in a continued effort to streamline processes and operations across the broader business group. You will proactively identify broad risks and oversee implementation of controls to mitigate and assist in issue resolution when necessary. As a leader, you will be accountable for setting goals and objectives for the team, performance management, coaching and development of Associates, and long-term strategic planning for the team. Finally, you will manage a variety of internal and external relationships, including individual investment professionals, investment committees, legal and compliance, trading, and other key stakeholders.

  • You have an undergraduate degree. CFA, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • Your background includes experience in a management capacity at a large, complex, global organization within the financial services or investment management industry.
  • You have experience and understanding of operational and technological trends in wealth management.
  • You are skilled at balancing risk and providing impeccable client service in a high volume and fast paced operational environment.
  • You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You’re a generous collaborator. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $178,847-$304,040

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
