Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Social Media, the Global Influencer Manager elevates the HOKA brand through influencer marketing. This individual is passionate about authentic and inclusive storytelling that inspires a world of athletes to fly over the earth.  

The Global Influencer Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HOKA’s influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand priorities and campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Social Media, this individual will lead influencer programs that elevate brand storytelling, drive authentic engagement, and expand HOKA’s reach across global markets.

The ideal candidate is an experienced influencer marketing professional with a proven track record of leading initiatives at a brand or agency. They will have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving influencer landscape, a strategic approach to program development, and the ability to collaborate within a complex corporate structure. This is an individual contributor role requiring innovation, self-direction, and exceptional communication skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Campaign Development & Activation: Design and implement influencer campaigns that integrate seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives.

2. Measurement & Optimization: Foster long-term, authentic relationships with influencers that embody HOKA’s values; and negotiate contracts, manage budget and oversee deliverables to ensure a success partnership.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Global Marketing organization and regional teams to ensure strong influencer integration in brand campaigns

  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skill
  • Strong negotiator

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on brand or agency roles.
  • Proven track record of leading successful influencer campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the global influencer landscape, including platform-specific trends and regional nuances.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships, from nano-level creators to macro or celebrity talent
  • Self-starter with an innovative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Passion for running, fitness, or performance sports is a plus.

$105,000 - $115,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
