Job Description
Work within the Butterfly Global Health team to build the partner network and help bring Butterfly to the world’s most vulnerable patients and their clinicians. As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:
- Manage downstream GH Sales Process logistics including documentation of the vetting process of each GH partner, scheduling vetting meetings, generation/dissemination of equipment quotes (probes and account provisioning)
- Coordinate/update GH team to inform the team’s work with crossfunctional teams (Fulfillment, Solutions Architecture & Implementation, Sales Operations, Finance, etc) frequently for order requests, order issues, order management, etc.
- Post-Sale Support
- Send post-sale onboarding materials and relevant guides
- Immediate troubleshooting with partner
- Liaising with Support Team when escalating issues
- Collateral & Outreach
- Assist in revisions to existing GH Marketing materials (internal review and development, approvals, maintaining database of currently approved assets)
- Develop and submit marketing briefs for social media posts for GH partners
- Cultivate evergreen social media content featuring research and clinical partners in global health to ensure strong social media presence and co-marketing/amplification of Butterfly stories
- Disseminate marketing collateral to prospective partners
- Assist in sending ‘standard’/regular outreach to existing GH customer base
- Manage Loaner Program for educational, demo and research purposes
Assist the Global Health team to further its core mission including shared responsibility to support:
- Education and training programs to healthcare professionals, clinicians, and relevant stakeholders on the use and benefits of Butterfly Network products.
- Provide administrative support for GH program collaborations with educational institutions, medical societies, and healthcare organizations to enhance awareness and competency in using Butterfly Network technology.
- As applicable, participate in events, conferences, and workshops to showcase Butterfly Network products and establish a strong presence in the global health community.
- Research tracking for Butterfly global research partnerships
Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher , ideally MPH or equivalent public health degree
- Experience within Global healthcare settings including global health delivery and Healthcare, or Medical Device space required
- Growth Mindset
- Flexibility to fill-in to support the broader team where needed
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills - with excellent cultural-sensitivity and relationship management skills
- Team-player
- Self starter who perseveres to reach goals even when faced with challenges
- Works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
- Not required but willing to learn: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM
- Familiarity with Business/Analytical tools: Tableau (cloud data platforms), Google Drive tools, Microsoft business suite, etc
Location
- This is a remote position based in the United States.(Please note for all roles based outside of our Burlington, MA or NY, NY offices we are able to employ in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, ,LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI or WY. This is a part-time hourly and contract position. Up to 20 hours a week from November 2025 - February of 2026 (exact start and end date TBD).
The hourly rate will be $40 an hour.
